Power House Athletics would like to thank everyone who came out today in the blazing heat to run, volunteer or watch our first event. We realize that the heat did make it difficult on our runners, especially the half marathoners and we thank you for sticking it out! We welcome any feedback you have to offer, both positive and not-so-positive as this is how we will be able to make this event better and better every year. We are already thinking of improvements for next year including porta-potties at the start, more aid stations, and possibly a couple of road closures. Sorry, we can't move the hills, but think of how much stronger you are now!! For those of you who ran your first half marathon no one can say you did an easy one!! Boast about your accomplishment of this race with pride.....it's not an easy course! Again, please feel free to email me with ANY and all feedback you have to offer. Lastly, if anyone has any pictures of the race I would love to see them. Please email them to me!
