ONE OF THE AREAS BIGGEST RACES!
The area's first race to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation.  This 5K premier race will be held in Saratoga State Park at the Columbia Pavillion on October 17, 2010
Start time will be 9am.
This race will be chip timed on a USATF Certified Course
Pre-registration will begin soon and will be $25 before 10/1/10
Registration after 10/1/10 will be $30 and day of race registration will be available
Race shirts are guaranteed to all those pre-registered by 10/1/10
Runners, walkers and kids are all welcome
Cash prizes to the overall male and female winners
Power House Athletics will be offering a beginner 5K training program for individuals who would like to participate in the 5K Challenge but
are not sure where to start! This 12 week program will begin on Friday, July 23, 2010
We will have a meeting on Friday, July 16, 2010 to discuss training and meet each other
We will meet every Friday evening at 6pm for group runs/walks
All participants will receive weekly training plans and have unlimited email access with the running coach
The fee for this program is $100 if registered by July1, 2010--this includes the $25 entry fee for the race in October
Anyone who would like to register for the program after July1 can do so for a fee of $120 so register early to get the best deal!
